  • Q: How do I pay by credit card and what credit cards are accepted?

    A: Upon completion of your online order, you will be directed to check out via our secure website by entering your credit card information. We honour the following credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD

  • Q: How do I pay using PayPal?

    A: Upon completion of your online order, you will be directed to check out at a secured PayPal website. Please follow the PayPal directions.

  • Q: How do I pay by wire transfer?

    A: Contact your local financial institution and tell them you wish to wire money to Radwell International (country your order has been placed with) to pay for your order. Please contact Radwell sales at your relevant country for wire transfer instructions.

  • Q: How can I apply for credit terms?

    A: Complete our application form which your Sales representative will supply to you.

  • Q: What information is required to complete the application?

    A: Complete the form in its entirety: registered name and address, phone number, company registration number, VAT number and billing contact. Please make sure the application is signed. If you are sales tax exempt, please include a copy of your tax exemption certificate. You will be notified if further information is required.

  • Q: How long does it take to get set-up for credit terms?

    A: The process is typically completed in one to two days.

  • Q: How do I know terms have been established for my account?

    A: A confirmation letter will be emailed to you stating your customer ID#, credit limit and payment terms.
    If credit facility is granted, then this will be valid for 12 months and subject to review.

  • Q: My company is located outside the country you have offices at, how can I get credit terms?

    Please contact the country you wish to trade with and the Sales Representative will be able to assist you.
  • Q: What credit terms will be available if my application is successful?

    A: Our standard terms we offer is NET15 or NET30, this will be dependent on the results of the credit report which will be run.

  • Q: What payment options are there for my 50% deposit?

    A: Our international customers can choose between the following payment options:

    Wire Transfers – GBP or Euro 30.00 fee (see sales rep. for wire instructions)
    Credit Cards - No fee
    PayPal - No fee

  • Q: What currency and bank do I pay?

    A: Your quotation and VAT Invoice will state the Radwell entity you have purchased from, which bank account to pay and what currency this needs to be in. Please ensure that you pay in the correct currency.
