Regarding Rockwell Allen Bradley Products
1. Surplus Standard Delivery Time:
1.1 We ship thousands of units every day and all of them go through the same strict Quality Assurance system. To complete Quality Control and Testing, we require 1-2 business days for SOP, 2-5 business days for SAP, and 2-10 business days for REM.
1.2 If your order is not a true Emergency, then Radwell.co.uk will make every effort to ship within 48 hours of your order being confirmed, at no extra charge. Emergency same day Quality Control/Testing delivery time is only available where an Express Fee is charged.
1.3 If you request us to ship the item(s) by DHL express or UPS express (etc.) without choosing to pay the Rush Fee, the lead time will be 2-10 business days before we ship. If you need us to ship within 24 hours of your order, please contact your sales representative or email [email protected] or call 01782 576 800, opt.2 and request Emergency Rush Service.
2. Delivery Time on Factory New Products (NEW):
2.1 Order shipment will be confirmed before the end of the next business day.
3. Emergency EXPRESS Service:
3.1 Same Day Quality Control, Repair and Testing is available. We can ship on the day of ordering for emergency orders received before 3 p.m. The Express Fee is 20% of order volume (£200.00 minimum) limited to product/repair availability.
3.2 Express surplus orders received after 3 P.M. will ship on the next business day with express fee being charged.
4. Payment for goods and payment of applicable taxes:
4.1 The customer confirms that any supplied credit card or similar information is true and correct and that the customer has all rights to these, that all charges will be honoured by the customer's credit card company and that it will pay all credit card fees as charged.
4.2 Customers shall also pay all applicable sales taxes. Customers shall indemnify, defend and hold Radwell and its personnel harmless against any claims against some or all of these in relation to this.
5. International Orders
5.1 Orders exported outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
5.2 Customs clearance and applicable duties and tariff charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3 Customer is responsible for customs clearance into the country of delivery. Customer’s failure to follow Customs clearance requirements and make timely payments may result in delays beyond Radwell.eu delivery estimates.
5.4 Credit Card verification may take up to 72 hours. Wire Transfers: Allow 3 - 5 business days for receipt of funds.
5.5 Radwell International’s Emergency Testing Service will expedite the orders, sales, processing, testing, quality assurance, and packaging processes but will not expedite the Credit Card Verification or Wire Transfer processes, or expedite a carrier’s shipping schedule, as these are separate processes/businesses from those of Radwell International.
5.6 This transaction shall become immediately void and unenforceable if any part of this transaction contravenes Trade Laws (as defined in our Terms and Conditions, including applicable UK Export laws.
5.7 In accordance with applicable law, Radwell.eu compliance procedures may require additional transaction review before the goods are released for shipment or export, including without limitation, End user checks, and licensing evaluations.
6. Minimum Order Charge
6.1 There is a £50.00 minimum order requirement for all orders placed online with Radwell.eu.
